密度: 泰和興漿粕密度爲1.41 g/cm3~1.42g/cm3,比PPTA長絲略小;
比表面積:泰和興漿粕表面呈毛絨狀,微纖叢生,毛羽豐富,纖維沿軸向劈裂成針尖狀,原纖化程度高,因此比表面積大,在5m2/g ~15m2/g之間,極大地提高了漿粕的抓附力;
平均長度:泰和興漿粕的纖維長度和直徑呈一定的分布,平均長度爲0.5mm~2mm;
複合性:泰和興漿粕表面氨基含量是長絲的10倍以上,與酰胺類的複合樹脂有很好的親和性,同時能在漿粕的界面與基體形成氫鍵,起到增強複合效果;
韌性:泰和興漿粕具有很好的韌性,無論在如何激烈的混合加工過程都不會發生斷裂,不會降低漿粕的長徑比,這是碳纖維和其它纖維無可比拟的。
Taparan® Pulp
Taparan pulp is made from Taparan para-aramid filament by high fibrillation. The fibrillation results in a high surface area of 5 m2/g ~ 15 m2/g. Besides, the amino content on the pulp surface is 10 times that of the filament.
Such good surface structure gives very good adhesiveness and enhances its performance in thermoplastics and thermoset resins.
In the meantime, Taparan pulp is non-brittle. Its size does not change no matter how extensive the mixing and dispersing is.
Having above excellent properties, Taparan pulp is widely used for friction and sealing materials, composites and aramid paper.
